This is a residential listing we did for a real estate agent in New Palestine, IN. This location had several other buildings on the property including a barn and shed. The residential real estate agent was worried photographs alone wouldn’t be able to show the buyers how beautiful this property was. Needless to say, they were blown away with the overall results showing the property, buildings, and interior shots.
This video was used as a marketing aid for a large developer in Indianapolis. By utilizing drone technology, we were able to capture several key elements of the property including close proximity to I-70, parking, and future expansion areas. For any development or commercial real estate company wanting to utilize aerial photography, this is a great way.
Our commercial real estate client came to us and wanted to really show the surrounding retail for his potential buyers. We thought the best way would be to drop a logo of all the major retailers in the area around the listing. Not only were we able to show the high amount of large volume retailers in the area, but also the traffic patterns, and parking spaces for the listing. The client was thrilled with the overall product.
This listing was tough due to the close proximity to the intersection and surrounding electrical lines. The client was adamant on showing the traffic counts and backup at the intersection. We were able to capture that along with surrounding major retailers, outlines of the available commercial listing, and signage.
This was a recent listing we completed for RCRE. The client wanted to showcase the large industrial park, inside the warehouse, and the close proximity to I-69. Drones are a great way to showcase your commercial real estate without paying high dollar for a plane flyover. Several timelapses show the traffic, building, and operation in one, quick film.
